Señorritas Tex-Mex is a bar and restaurant operating in Doha, Qatar — Al Sadd (DoubleTree by Hilton) and West Bay (Best Plaza Hotel). Website: senorritastexmex.com. Email: contact@senorritastexmex.com.

• Reservation details: name, phone number, email if you give one, date, time, party size, branch, the seating area you pick, and any notes (allergies, occasion). After booking you can add your birthday, gender, nationality and line of work if you want to.
• How you found us: when you book, we keep the website or ad that sent you, the tags and ad click IDs in the link you arrived on, and the Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta IDs stored in your browser. We also keep your IP address and browser type for a short time, until we have sent the booking to Meta and Google Analytics.
• Messages you send us: text, photos, audio, and other content sent via WhatsApp, Instagram DM, or Facebook Messenger.
• Profile data from Meta platforms: when you message us on Instagram or Facebook, we receive your public profile (name, picture, username) so we can identify and reply.
• Website analytics: pages you visit, the buttons you tap, device type, approximate location and the website that sent you. Google Analytics, the Google Ads tag and the Meta Pixel collect this on every visit.
• Account data: if you sign up to manage bookings, we store your phone number, name, and reservation history.

• To confirm, manage, and remind you about your reservation.
• To reply to questions on WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook.
• To send service messages (booking confirmations, OTP codes, reminders) on the number you provided.
• To improve the website, menu, and service based on traffic patterns.
• To measure our ads on Meta and Google, and to help Meta show our ads to people likely to book. We don't ask for a cookie choice on this site, so this covers every visit and every booking. Who we share it with says what we send, and Your choices says how to ask us to stop.

We do not sell your data. We share it with:

• Meta Platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook), when you message us on those apps. Meta handles the message under its own policy.
• ManyChat and OpenRouter, the services behind our AI assistant. ManyChat carries your Instagram and Facebook messages to it, and OpenRouter carries your message, on those apps or on WhatsApp, to the AI model that writes the reply.

• Meta, for ads measurement. Our server tells Meta about each step of a booking: when you ask for your booking code, when you book, when we confirm it, and when you are seated. Each step carries your phone number and, where we have them, your first and last name, email, the country of your number and our customer number for you. We hash each of these with SHA-256 before it leaves our server. We also send the Meta cookies in your browser (fbp and fbc), and with the first two steps your IP address and browser type. The steps say which branch, how many guests, which offer or channel brought you and, once a table is confirmed, an estimated value (guests times the offer price, not your bill). When you sign up for an account, Meta gets your phone number, name and email the same way, hashed. We never send your notes, birthday, gender, nationality or line of work.

  We do this so Meta can tell us which ads led to bookings, and so Meta's ads learn who books and reach more people like them. Meta also uses this information under its own Business Tools Terms, for example to improve how it delivers ads.

  Hashed does not mean anonymous. Hashing turns your phone number into a long code, and Meta turns its own users' numbers and emails into codes the same way. When the codes match, Meta knows the booking came from your Facebook or Instagram account. Meta says it deletes the hashed details after matching. The booking step itself stays with Meta, linked to your account.

• Google Ads, for ads measurement. Our server tells Google Ads when we confirm your booking and when you are seated. Each step carries your phone number and, where we have it, your email. We hash both with SHA-256 before they leave our server. Each step also carries an estimated value (guests times the offer price, not your bill). When you reach us from a Google ad, the link carries a Google click ID. We keep it with your booking and send it with each step too. Google matches the hashed phone and email against its own signed-in users to find the ad you clicked. We do this so Google can tell us which of our Google ads led to bookings, and so our Google ads learn which clicks end in a table. The Google Ads tag on our site also tells Google when someone books, or taps to call, message us on WhatsApp, get directions or order delivery.

• Google Analytics: how people use the site, under a random ID it stores in your browser. This is not anonymous: when you book, we save that ID with your booking, and our server tells Google Analytics each step of it, with the branch, the number of guests and an estimated value. We don't send Google Analytics your name, phone number or email.
• Supabase, our database provider, where reservations and accounts are stored.
• Vercel, our website hosting provider.
• Qatari authorities, if the law requires it.

• Reservation records: up to 24 months after your last visit.
• Message history: up to 12 months from the last message.
• Google Analytics: up to 14 months.
• Marketing audiences on Meta: up to 180 days, then refreshed.
• What we have sent to Meta and Google: they keep it under their own policies. Deleting your details with us does not delete what they already received.

You can ask us to:

• See what data we hold about you.
• Correct anything wrong.
• Delete your data — see our data deletion page for the process.
• Stop receiving service messages from us.

You can ask us to stop sending your bookings to Meta and Google Ads. Message your branch on WhatsApp, Al Sadd +974 6655 5261 or West Bay +974 3399 1150, or use any of the ways on our data deletion page. Give us the phone number you book with. We act on it within 30 days, and you can keep booking as usual.

To delete your details with us, follow the data deletion page, or send “Delete my data” to the same WhatsApp numbers. What Meta and Google already received stays with them.

You can also limit this on your side:

• On Facebook or Instagram: Accounts Center, then Ad preferences.
• On Google: My Ad Center, at myadcenter.google.com.
• For Google Analytics: Google's opt-out add-on for your browser, at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
• In your browser: block or clear cookies.

Blocking cookies stops the tags in your browser. It does not stop what our server sends when you book. To stop that, ask us as above.

We don't ask for a cookie choice on this site. On every visit, it uses:

• Google Analytics cookies, to count visits and see how the site is used.
• Meta Pixel cookies (_fbp, and _fbc when you arrive from a Facebook or Instagram link), for our Meta ads.
• Google Ads cookies, for our Google ads.
• Small things the site needs to work: the branch you picked, a cookie that shows the right booking page after a Google ad, and, after you book, your first name and number on this device so your next booking is filled in.
• The link that brought you, with its tags and click IDs, kept in your browser for 7 days so a later booking still shows where you came from.
• If you scan the code on your table, a random scan ID, so each scan counts once.

Meta and Google collect information through these cookies and pixels, on our site and elsewhere online, and use it to measure ads and to choose who sees them. Your choices says how to turn this off.

Our service is not directed to anyone under 18. Our venues serve alcohol and our bookings require an adult contact. If we learn we hold data of a minor, we will delete it.

We may update this policy. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be announced on our home page for 30 days.
