• Reservation details: name, phone number, date, time, party size, branch, and any notes (allergies, occasion, seating).
• Messages you send us: text, photos, audio, and other content sent via WhatsApp, Instagram DM, or Facebook Messenger.
• Profile data from Meta platforms: when you message us on Instagram or Facebook, we receive your public profile (name, picture, username) so we can identify and reply.
• Website analytics: pages visited, device type, approximate location, referral source. Powered by Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel.
• Account data: if you sign up to manage bookings, we store your phone number, name, and reservation history.

• To confirm, manage, and remind you about your reservation.
• To reply to questions on WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook.
• To send service messages (booking confirmations, OTP codes, reminders) on the number you provided.
• To improve the website, menu, and service based on traffic patterns.
• To run paid advertising on Meta and Google, only if you have agreed to non-essential cookies.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with:

• Meta Platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook) when you message us through those channels — Meta processes the message under their own policy.
• Supabase — our database provider, where reservations and accounts are stored.
• Vercel — our website hosting provider.
• Google Analytics — anonymised usage data only.
• Qatari authorities if required by law.

• Reservation records: up to 24 months after your last visit.
• Message history: up to 12 months from the last message.
• Analytics: up to 14 months (Google Analytics default).
• Marketing audiences on Meta: up to 180 days, then refreshed.

You can ask us to:
