You ask, we delete.

• Your reservation history (name, phone, dates, parties, notes).
• Your account, if you signed up to manage bookings.
• Message history we hold from your conversations on WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook.
• Your data in our marketing audiences on Meta.

Pick whichever is easiest:

1. Email — contact@senorritastexmex.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Include the phone number, Instagram handle, or Facebook name we have on file.
2. WhatsApp — message us on +974 5515 9752 with the words “Delete my data” and we will process the request.
3. In person — ask any manager at our Al Sadd or West Bay branch.

We confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

Some records have to be retained to meet legal obligations — for example, financial records related to a paid event, or messages we are legally required to preserve. We keep these only as long as the law requires, and then delete them.

Messages you send us on WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook are also processed by Meta Platforms under their own policy. To remove your data from Meta itself, use:
